Very Bad Sales & Service

I have now spoken to 5 Telkom people. When I phone support they tell me to phone sales and when I phone sales they tell me to phone support. Does anyone of them know how to do there work or is it I don't care situation. It is now a month and I am still waiting for the 20mb fibre line they sold to me. Pathetic, service just like the government services in South Africa. I would not be proud to work for Telkom if I have worked there.
