Very bad poor service from Telkom protea Glen mall

Hi Bought a router with telkom (telkom protea Glen mall) same day we got home it had problems we took back twice they failed to help us, today on the 27/07/2023 the manager told my wife to take it to telkom head office herself he can’t help us. Very rude manager Very poor customer service Buying a new router was trying to avoid problems but it seems like I just took myself to them with Telkom.
