Very bad poor service and communications

I thought by turning to Helepeter than my frustration with regards to my account would be attended to. But looking after all the complains and NO COMMUNICATIONS back from TELKOM makes me more frustrated as it seems that my query will never be attended or resolved. While in the meantime they are quick to send demand letters of an account they have cancelled themselves telephonic ally as they could not provide us with a service when we moved from suburbs in the Western Cape. Anyone with advise please?
