very bad network

I have recently load airtime with using bank app it took 15 minutes to load it but what surprising is telkom loaded R15 instead of 30 nd dat money went from my bank account telkom they cheat or stole people's money and its not the first time this happens i cant even get through them over the phone anyway I know they always preach same thing over and over dat its maintenance
