Very bad Internet connect in Mitchell's Plain Area

Telkom data service in the Mitchell's Plain area had drop ,3months back services was all good speed was great. Please send out a network person to come check the quality in the area and not from the office. Been a WIFI customer for a few years now and I can honestly say, the quality had gone.
