Very Bad Insurance Cover for Sumsung Devices

I bought a Samsung Tab 4 10.1 inch last year from Telkom Mobile, <br> <br> Now there is a crack inside the device which I suspect is the LCD (Not the actual screen) .<br> <br> I took it to them for Repairs as my Device is still on guarantee now they tell me that they don't cover that. while they don't tell you up front when you buy it. <br> <br> How can I break the LCD inside?<br> <br> Someone out there never try these people. I have two contracts with them and I am going to cancel them now as I speak.<br> <br> They are very cruel because the want you to pay for a quote R1500 and then pay for the actual device repairs.<br> <br> They will never tell you up front and I never signed a contract like that.<br> <br> No one in my family and friends will use these people again. I was their promoter until today, but now that will end today I am going to post in all my groups on Facebook and Twitter<br> <br> Thanks Hello Peter
