Very bad experience with Telkom

Hi guys I wanna share the bad experience am having at Telkom, I took two Routers on contract on the 12th June 2018. When I went to cancel my contracts they told me that can be able to cancel one router and other one contract will end January, it was a surprise to me because I took both routers same day, same time, I went to complain they and they told me that there was time my account was on errors, I paid all amount was due, but without my knowledge or approval they cancelled my contact and started another contract on their own, without asking my permission, no signature, no new router. I opened a case with them they said they will contact me in 7days, it’s over 14days still response, please avoid telkom contracts
