Very bad customer service from Telkon Store Green stone

I received a very bad service from a consultant by the name of Sahncia Motsoagole. She was just not willing to assist at all. I was at Telkom greenstone this morning for a sim swap. She requested the document and the amount of R10 for a sim card, I provided the documents and the money, I paid with a R100 and she told me to go to dischem to look for change or buy something. at first she told me to wait for her manager to come back from the shop. when the manager came back I had to remind her to check if the manager has changer. Is that even possible? the moment i requested her manager's name suddenly they had change and assisted accordingly.
