Very Bad Customer Service

Telkom is the worst of them all. Bad customer service. I have been requesting for telkom insurance to be canceled since April, Telkom kept on deducting my account with insurance until 26 June 2025. To get a refund is a struggle. They will deduct my account and still not allocate the payment deducted on my statement. When you try to call you won't get through, they will give you an option to chat on WhatsApp. In June, they were supposed to deduct installment for my phone contract but no debit came through. They just hand over debts to collectors without debit coming through or follow up.
