Very Bad Customer Service !!!

Every Month I experience the same problem , <br> <br> Once my BIS expires then I load another subscription and then problem starts <br> <br> I am charged for the service but it does not work , I need to call in about 5 times and say the same thing over and over again <br> <br> Then wait for a week or 2 before the BIS starts working again<br> <br> This inconveniences me because I use my e-mail everyday and I have to wait for the BIS to work <br> <br> The agents do not even care and have a bad attitude<br> <br> If you do not appreciate my business let me know so I can change my network <br> <br> Reference for the cased logged : ***0<br> <br> I need to compensated for this inconvenience
