Very bad customer service

Hi. I need help, I had a contract with Telekom and it ended about 2 years back, when it was time for me to upgrade, I told them that I am canceling my contract I do not want to upgrade, till to this day they do not want to cancel it and they busy debiting money from my account and all this its causing my name to have a bad record. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you
