Very bad customer service

My name is Judith I'm sending this complaint because since we have Telkom as internet it's not working as it should. Always we must call the call center and it's really a bad service. Like right now since 5days the internet is not working just like that and the technician never came to fix the issue never. We have been calling Telkom no solution. Every month we are paying the money but we are not getting the service needed. every day its the same story. We are tired of Telkom. Its a nightmare. We need immediate response from their manager. Thank you
