Very bad customer service

<p>Telkom gives the worst customer service I have ever experienced.</p> <p>We have been trying to cancel our service now since January 2017. We did everything exactly as Telkom requested, gave notice within the applicable notice period and in written format. After our contract expiration date, Telkom was still deducting our debit order. When we followed up on this with Telkom, they confirmed that they have received our cancellation but clearly have not actioned this as our debit order was deducted again this month. Worst service ever!</p>
