VERY BAD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TELKOM EMPLOYEES

I cancelled two contracts that do not work at all and communicate with top people and it was cancelled.1 month later I got billed again.I was put on credit blacklisted. You can not get rid off them. I contacted them. I can't get a contract from another service provider. What can do? please help.
