VERY BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!

Imagine going to a TELKOM store and be treated like a second class citizen, they were not willing to book my phone for repairs just because it was almost knock of time, even thought my premium was up to date what ****ied me off is that I've complained to their head office and one of the manager at the store regarding their attitude no one has bothered to come back to me it's as if they don't give damn just like the branch stuff at TELKOM direct (Cresta) and TELKOM express (Cresta).
