Very bad bad service

Never in my life experience such bad service in my life opened a telkom adsl line on the 03/09/18 they took about 4 or 5 days to come to my house thats fine dnt mind that but they had a problem with the pole the pole is fixed 2 days after that and they promised that they will vome back for installation but im still waiting till this day if i phone the shop nobody answers and they gave me a customer service number but those people dont wana help me i try to phone every day but they just transfering me from one person to the next nobody wants to help me the people at customer service are not helpfull at all went back to the shop aswell they dont wana help they say i must phone the customer care so plz advise me what to do in this situation bacause service is very bad at telkom wouldnt want anyone to go there please try other service providers
