Very BAD BAD BAD service from Telkom

<p>Our Telkom line was supposed to be moved on Friday. Since Friday we have had problems non stop. They did not move the line or help us in any way. The contractor that was here to install the line did not even do that! Our line was already disconnected at the old premises but now we have this problem with the reconnection at the new premises. We have been phoning everyday non stop to enquire what is going on and how they are going to fix this problem but there is no one that can answer me. I have to hold on for 30minutes just to be placed through to another department where there they also cant help me. I am going to cancel my account because really... is there not one person there that can help me!!!! We are losing money minute for minute</p>
