Very bad attitude of telkom

Good day I was in Krugersdorp Keywest mall and went to the telkom store regarding a query. I was sent to no 6 assistant. I went to her regarding my query. I started to her then the telkpm assistant next to her interrupted and started talking to the lady that I was busy talking to. I told her her it was rude to interrupt while I was talking to this lady at no 6. I was told she had the right to be rude to customers just as she wants to and I must move to the other side of no 6. I do not think this telkom must treat their customers. We took a photo of the lady and went out of the telkom store. We were about 20 metres put of the store and she came running out and wanted to take the cellphone with her photo on with force from us. I do 3 witnesses.
