Very bad and Slow service
Towards end of March i have been trying to call Telkom to have my line and service rellocated and they have always been offline. On the 7th April, i managed to speak to them and they told me that my order to have my servives rellocated to my new address has been placed. Till today i have been calling them almost on a daily basis requesting an update and till now no one has given me a positive feed back. I was originally told its 7 to 14 working days and now im being yold that it takes 21 working days. Is this how a customer should be treated? im really dissapointed with the poor servive im getting from Telkom.

02 Jun 2018, 10:56Just to prove how **** Telkom's service is. Until today i have never been assisted. Telkom is useless. Everybody thats works there gets paid fir nothing as they dont know what they are doing! Its they are running a zoo. They dont know the meaning of customer service! they have no clue what customer service mean. I wonder if they are happy when they get paid for doing nothing and for being useless.
