Very Annoying customer service at Telkom call centre

Very bad experience ever with the service provider . Until today's date TELKOM have not opened the network service on my LTE (WIFI home) ,full of false promises incontinence staff members in their call centre I do not know whether is it lack of training or what? They said I will be getting a signal within 24hrs until today since the 25th July 2018 I am not connected and I am paying for nothing ! Today no one is picking up the lines .
