very angry with telkom

Am very disappointed with Telkom. they just suspend my two sims without any notification, not even a contract sim just prepaid sim, am stuck now unable to work cos using those sims for work, am nearly to be fired at work, cos can't even connect to the internet, even when I try to call that customer care 081180 no one responding only gave option to chart via WhatsApp , same chart also tells me try again later .am very disappointed..
