Very Angry Customer

What **** does one have to do to get a manager and service from Telkom. I have posted reviews in the past month or tow and no one has bothered to respond. I have spoken to a team leader about a month ago, i promised that my dispute would be investigated and receive feedback but the asshole took me for a fool as it is a month later, i am still waiting for a response. I called today and spoke Violet Matlou, the cheek of this woman! She started shouting at me after i had explained to her that i want a manager on the line as she was not helpful.
