Very angry and disappointed client

I bought a laptab from Sharon at the Greenstone branch where the add said that item comes with a mouse and it is 1 year later and still no mouse. I went to the store more than 3 times since the contract and the manager said can I not use the laptab without the mouse. I can use it but my point is that I am entitled to the free mouse as it was part of the add. I went in today to the same branch as the laptab has a screen issue so since the year is over I asked for it to be sent for repairs, the new agent cannot retrieve my sale and says she cannot assist me and her manager is on lunch at 5pm. Really? Everytime I go there the manager is never there. What kind of service are they rendering and I have contracts with Telkom for years, never defaulted once and when I have a problem this is what I get in return. Pathetic service
