VERY ANGRY

I have been have 2 contacts with telkom since 2023 in September. I have never enjoyed what I have been paying for. Telkom never had network since the first day I have be complaing about the coverage yet now it's 2025 the issue was never resolved. I have been taken from piller to post but nothing seems to be right. I have request to cancel the contract I have with them but no one seems to have interest in what I'm saying, I pay R418 every month but I don't get the service I pay for I feel that it's time I act on this situation because it's getting out of hand. I can't be feeding Telkom with money but they don't deliver the services they promise when we get involved with them. I gave them a chance to sort out the issue of coverage and they promised me that the issue will be fixed in December 2024 yet I still have the problem. My name is koketso Contacts ***
