Very angry

In March I took a cellphone contract out with telkom. The deal was for a cellphone and watch. The only reason I took this deal was because of the watch, because and I am a runner. I was told the watch will be delivered to me in the next 5 days. It is now months later and no one can provide me with answers. I am paying for a deal I did not get. I want to cancel my contract but no one is getting back to me. Someone from head office was in contact with me however she is not responding to my emails anymore.
