Vereeniging Technician nowhere to be seen

I ordered and paid for a Telkom DSL line installation in February. My order number is ***A. It has now almost been 3 months from the date that I paid for installation and nothing has been done. Every time they gave a date when the technician was supposed to show up but he never did. The first time they sent a SMS a day before hand stating the date has been changed. From there they did not care. Each time they send a SMS on the day that the technician is on his way but he never shows up. This cost me wasted leave days. The last two times no new information was given. A lot of time was spent with Telkom services where they couldn’t solve anything. A lot of promises were made about the next time the technician will come but as of yet I am still waiting. 6 days in total were lost as no one showed up for the scheduled dates. • On the 17th of February payment was made. • On the 1stof March the appointment was cancelled. • On the 7 th of March a technician came just to tell me more work needed to be done and left. • On the 13 th of April no technician showed up even after a SMS was sent out that he is on his way. • On the 15 th of April no technician showed. After calling Telkom they accused me that they didn’t get ahold of me, this is a lie as there is no evidence that they tried to call me. They then further didn’t set any future dates and if I didn’t call there would have been no future dates. • On the 29 th of April no technician showed even after a SMS was sent out that he was on his way. • On the 3rd of May no technician showed (Mr Joseph Mantwane was assigned at this date) even after a SMS was sent out that he was on his way.
