Veery annoyed by telkom

I have three contract with them, I change my bank account number, and I call them to update the system, they said they did, only to find the only did to 2 contract, I call them and ask them why the other contract didn't debit, I was told it was a mistake that the other was not updated, I pay by eft and ask them to update, which they said they did again, on the 15 nothing I pay again with eft, now they want me to pay Rent 202 reduction fee, for their mistake,be careful when taking a contract guys, stay away from telkom
