VDSL profile activation

<p>Hi Telkom, I have just had a 20mbps ADSL line upgrade done. I have been trying to activate the VDSL profile with no success. The line syncs on ADSL (ATM) but not on the VDSL (PTM) modulation. Can you please activate the VDSL profile urgently.</p>
