VDSL Order

Good day,

I have been trying to upgrade my ADSL lines to VDSL due to slow speed ADSL provide in our area. At first I was told I cant get 10Mbps, am too far from exchange while my neighbor had a working 10Mbps line. Here are the facts and problem below:

DN: ********** **9 sync at 6Mbps(Slow) while ********** **4 sync at 10Mbps (Same Location). Distribution Point :138A is 50 Meters away from me and is VDSL(20Mbps) enabled. Distribution Point: 324A is 3 Kilometers away from exchange and VDSL(20Mbps) enabled. Distribution Point: 347C is 3 Kilometers away from exchange and VDSL(40Mbps) enabled. I am 2 Kilometers from exchange and I cant get 40Mbps? The repeat fault that I need to log for temporal solution is counter-productive as I am in IT Business using the lines to provide services. Please assist me upgrading my lines to VDSL, thank you in advance for your assistance
