Vague/Deceptive Advertising LG G4 Leather Deals

Good Day<br> I would like to allude you to the difficulty experienced at Telkom whilst attempting to obtain a LG G4 leather option on the SmartPlan 100 which was approved (13/11/2015). Since the approval, the consultants at a number of stores have told me they are unable to issue the device to me as the leather back option is not catered for on the \Deal Sheet"and that the leather option is only offered on the unlimited plan. <br> <br> I would like to ventilate at the fact that during advertising (both in the catalogue and on Website) there is no mention that only specific colours apply to specific plans. If this is the case and that only the Titanium back cover LG G4 is offered on the SmartPlan 100 as shown in the Deal Sheet"
