Utterly useless Telkom.

I really wish hellopeter would offer the option of no stars because Telkom does not warrant a single star. I cancelled my service online for which I received confirmation ***. Needless to say, I am STILL BEING BILLED MONTHS LATER! I am now being threatened with being blacklisted. What a CHEEK! What a far cry from the Telkom of three decades ago. Really, every single employee should hang their heads in SHAME! Does nobody take pride in a job well done?
