Utterly Useless Provider

Telkom Call Center staff either deserve serious /urgent customer service training or they might as well close their doors. My account t is flagged for collections but payments are up to date. Failing to understand why they can't remove the collections flag! Call center staff is absolutely USELESS!!! Would never recommend Telkom!
