Even though you do not respond to any HelloPeter review @Telkom. I app**** for a 36months contract and your consultant processed it as 24months on top of that I was suppose to receive Buds 4i with the contract, did not received it for whatever reasons. I requested that my existing Telkom prepaid number to be converted to the contract number guess what they issued me with a new number.

If incompetence and inability to do their work correct was a company you are that Telkom. After cancelling the contract and getting your courier services to collect the phone and sim (still sealed as I did not open the products). Your branch at The Grove Mall was unable to process a new contract as the problematic contract has not been cancelled.

Please do not expect me to stay a loyal customer, even though the other services providers are just as bad, I think it's time that I spend my money somewhere else.
