Utterly Poor Call Centre
Every time i request a call back from Telkom they call me and never speak, the line is always quiet for a few seconds and then the line drops. I have friends whom have been complaining about the same thing. It is so disrespectful, the only time i can speak to a consultant is if I call in myself, not forgetting the fact that i must wait over an hour just to get through to someone. Horrible service.
