Utterly Pathetic Service

I recently took out a contract for a laptop from Telkom at their Westwood Mall branch. They were very quick to finalise the contract and then told me that they'll have to order the product which will take between 1-2 weeks, to which I agreed on. After the first week went by, I decided to give them a call just to see if my package has arrived. They have 4 numbers listed under their contact details. For two days I've been trying all 4 numbers and not one is answered by them. To put them to the test, I sat outside their store and called them once again. To my amazement, they totally ignored the call and continued talking amongst themselves. I then walked in an hour later and asked them why are they not answering the call and the answer that was given to me was that they were busy with customers in the store. This was a blatant lie as there was not a single customer in the store. I then asked them what is the story with my laptop and after checking the system, they tell me that the order wasn't put through.
