Utterly pathetic lack of service

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now been trying to get a hold of Telkom for a total of 4 days without even so much as a glimmer of hope in sight. I need to find out what my landline number is in the house I moved to recently and if it and the adsl line is still even active. I have sent emails and called over 40times without success.</p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly hope raising this complaint helps. This is pathetic service, but I guess it is easy when you have monopoly in the market and can force clients or potential clients to wait while Telkom takes tea/coffee/lunch/just because breaks.</p>
