Utterly pathetic

How useless are the people at Telkom? I even logged a complaint here about no response you an online sales query where I was mailed that I was successful: Below is my complaint, I was given a copy and paste response and a reference number SM198604, which is useless as I was never contacted. Does Telkom not want my business?<br> <br> I app**** online for the Broadband package and was sent a mail that I was successful. I was mailed the reference number # ***. I was called and advised them that I was busy, so could they please call me back later. I was called later in the day by some uneducated woman who took my ID number then cut the call. I was sent a mail later that I had to re-apply online. I attempted that but was informed that I had already submitted a request. Do TELKOM staff even know how their own systems work. It just shows how inept the staff are at Telkom. Its a very bad reflection of the company. Can someone with some knowledge please respond and not give me some dumb generic response.
