Utterly Inept Company

I have just rated a Telkom telephone operator very low, however she was the one person in all my calls to Telkom today, that actually helped me. Unfortunately she will now be rated badly by her company, purely because the company is utterly, crashingly inept. I've been trying to get my account balance from them. I've begged for it to be emailed. I've tried all the wonderful options they offer and they ALL DO NOT WORK. Their website doesn't know my ID number when I try to log in, when I've been with them for years!! They try to send me a one time password to my landline number!! Their telephone options send you through to all the wrong departments so I've had to call numerous times and now, to get through to billing I have to select option 2, type in 10 zeroes, then select option 2 again...I had to be coached in how to get past their defective phones, woww. They need to do something. Their staff must be doing their heads in!!
