Utterly *********** Service Zipho Tshabalala Telkom Sales

Hi Telkom Utterly disgruntled with the handling (rather mishandling) of my order from you, specifically from your salesman Zipho Tshabalala in the Delmas MP region. Order was said to be done within 3 days. it has been 4 weeks and still no installation. He has fumbled up the order almost every step of the way. has deliberately ignored calls, mails and messages (even putting down the phone). I have since approached other service providers because this level of incompetence and maltreatment to your customers is unacceptable to say the least. Is this how @telkomza handles there customers? Where can I report him and his lack of service? Your installer on site, Sean Pea**** Delmas, tried to get involved and escalate, i had hope and "some" feedback. but after a few days/weeks also ignored messages and put down phone calls leaving one in the dark and helpless, same level of service that has become expected from Telkom. Cannot believe this. Whom can I contact to CANCEL ALL the lines and services I have with you across my many businesses and residences.
