Utterly dissatisfied

I am absolutely livid with the Telkom on St George's mall in Cape Town CBD. So I needed to do a sim swap. Off I go and get a lovely welcome by the staff when the store opened at 9am. I asked about the sim swap and was told they don't have sim cards in store but should come back after 12. I come home and leave home at 11-30. I get to the store at 12-15 just to be told they don't have sims in stick and I should come back on Friday as they getting stock on Thursday ? I go another telkom store (in Adderley Street) to be told the same thing (no sims) I then come home, call the telkom direct store number and ask if cavendish square has sim cards. The lady on the phone sounds very surprised at first and says that ALL STORES MUST HAVE SIM CARDS as that is the base of the business. She checks for me and gives me the amount of sims cavendish has, I ask her can she check the St George's mall store and she tell me the amount of sims they have (96 sims) So 1. Why was I told they do not have stock?

2. Is there different sims for sim swaps???? Cause I was led to believe thag at both stores in the cbd

I am utterly disappointed in Telkom store staff now!
