Utterly disgusting customer servive for 3 months! and counting

Utterly bad experience and *********** staff. Have been trying to sort out not just one issue, but a whole Lot with Telkom since beginning of June. Dealing with staff taking off their headsets and keeping on the line for 25min, to supervisors deliberately not wanting to talk to me and help me. I am still waiting on feedback form the manager of the call center on all of my issues. This has been way too long and very unprofessional. If the managers cant even help who will? Utterly disgusted in Telkom, will never refer them to be used EVeR!!
