Utterly disgusting and pathetic customer service

So this is my second month of trying to get a line installed with telkom and still no luck. This is my second review in hello peter and I have put 5 on Twitter and still nothing. Currently on the line with Balungile who has put me on hold for the last 15 minutes not even on hold but on mute. The customer service from telkom is a absolutely atrocious. I cannot begin to describe the lack customer service and your total disregard for my needs. I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING FROM HOME ALREADY AND YOU ARE MAKING MY LIFE DIFFICULT. I would like one of your managers to call me back asap on ********** 968
