Utterly disgusting !!!

I have been struggling for 3 months to get my contract canceled with Telkom mobile for a device they sold me that has absolutely no coverage in an area that is supposed to be perfect. I have had to jump through soo many hoops to get them to cancel the contract even though it was returned within 7 days (Customer Protection act my ASS) I have still yet to have any service from any of them. I have had to go through 5 different departments not having anyone EVER call me back. Today was the final straw when having to deal with the obnoxious line manager Tumelo who first of all refused to speak to me relying on barking orders through his call center agent instead. <br> <br> I've had it 3 MONTHS this is utterly disgusting, hopefully by Listing my complaint here someone will listen<br>
