Utterly disgusted with telkom

I am posting about telkom once again.. the last time I posted here a telkom representative called me very fast to get my line sorted out.. piror to this my line was down due to the bad weather.. I was billed nonetheless.. any way they called and I disputed like R1400 or so which they say its in the process.. so I made my original payment in february and in the middle of feb. My line gets cut no notification nothing.. so around first week in March I head to d overport branch n they tell me that I have to pay the dispute it will be credited once resolved I go ahead and pay like R2800 or so then they advise me that the line will b up and running soon. So yesterday I was on a chat with a telkom consultant ms terrese emmanuel and she is insisting that I needed to pay the whole amount of including the R1400 which is for the current month. Agreed but my question to her was how can telkom suspend my line knowing that there is a dispute of incorrect charged from their side does that make any sense at all.. so I ask d lady to get some1 to call me as my line is down.. I cant dial out she says u can use ur cellphone how dam unprofessional is that.. she has no proper feedback for me. I know its not her fault but the least she could have done was arranged for some manager to call me as she cud sense my frustration.. no empathy or anything. I have even told her that I i will be reporting on hello peter again.. but clearly telkom is a. Money making scheme.. am so disgusted im am planning to close this account and make sure I discourage all my employees and tenants to do d same..
