Utterly disgusted and disappointed

I am so disappointed with Telkom. Their services from overseas is unacceptable. Tried calling them on an international number... Needless to say they only seem to service existing telkom clients. Ob eventually managing to call them from New Zealand, we were on hold for over 10 min and still no one answered so we hung up. Tried cancelling online but they still couldn't assist. We cancelled the internet but instead of cancelling completely they thought they'd just change from a R700 internet and just charge us R100 for internet we don't use. We not in SA anymore. Come on telkom. Do your job properly. Disgusted!!!!
