Utterly disgusted

Telkom is really the worst. I paid the outstanding balance months in advance on their useless app and my payment is still missing. I have sent the POP multiple times for a month now. They say they will call but they never do.

They still trying to debit my account and they have handed over the account to lawyers ruining my credit reputation yet I am done with payments over a month ago. *** useless ever email every time I followed up I am given a new reference. -Thobelani Nzuza since 08/08/2025 I am still waiting for your 24-48 hours till today. -Tshepang Mangole has a full mailbox cannot even follow up with her.
