utterly disgusted
On the 22/07/15 i posted a complaint about Telkom mobile and they responded and called the following day. The person who called me told me he was going to escalate and give me feedback within 72 hours. Today its the 17/08/15 by contract is still not cancelled and instead I am receiving threats about credit bureau. What is the reason behind Telkom mobile putting airtime in my cellphone when I have been telling them I am not interested in their services 3 months ago really!
