Utterly disgusted

No rating can describe the horrible service you get from Telkom. I loaded a review some time ago and got a response with a reference number called the call Centre and the reference number given does not even exist nor is there any notes.... Still awaiting matter to be resolved and I escalated this back in July already ... Email send to manager Charmaine Ma***o (12/09/18) of which I was added in and she still didn't respond they really think nothing about there customers. Taking matters to all social media this is utterly disgusting.
