Utterly Disgusted.

Totally disgusted at the service received. Initially i took out a contract on the 7/07/18 for my fiance at a Telkom Store in Mitchell's Plain for the Huawei P20 pro for the 30GB on a 3-month promotion, as she works from home this has been the most terribly experience received thus far as approximately 20 calls have been logged, including a store visit and case number: ********** 2 provided by Telkom Mobile, still they cannot keep their end of the bargain, my fiance has not received any data, now tell me at the end of the month I would have to pay for something that she has had no benefit of??? I have been put on hold for 2-hours max seeking to speak to the complaints department or a manager who apparently was not available, nor did they have a complaints department. I want the CEO email address so that he/she can know how you guys run the business. I'm so furious with how this has been dealt with( matter of fact with how it has not yet been dealt with) as 72-hours from the 8th till the 17th of July like really now how you guys calculate 72-hours???????? I am going to seek legal advice as I no longer want this contract as it is no benefit to me nor my fiance, this has caused so much stress as her business cannot function and we have been using money from our own pockets to get data!!! This is really not the type of network provider I would want to spend my money on for 2 years.
