Utter useless service from Telkom/Openserve

I app**** for a fiber line, which was installed the 26th of February. On the 10th of March, Telkom technician worked in the fibre manhole infront of my house, when he left, several fibre lines in our street were not working anymore.

I phoned Telkom immediately, as it is there fault, and got told it will take 48 hours to resolve.....its now 3 days since I reported the fault, not a single word from Telkom.

Please do not use Telkom as your line/ISP, they are absolutely useless, and not worth the time and effort you will be putting in to get faults sorted out.
